Payment Policy
Once your stay dates have been confirmed by our guest services team, full payment of your stay will be required.
If payment is not received within 24 hours, we reserve the right to release the dates back into the inventory pool.

Payment Options
Full Payment is required at time of booking. Payment of bookings can be made one of two ways:
Via Direct Bank Deposit.
OR
Via Credit Card. In the event of a credit card booking, processing fees will apply.

Refund + Cancellations
All cancellations and refunds are at the discretion of the Rolling Seas guest services team.
You agree that any damages / charges for services provided to you that were not paid in full at time of booking may be added to your guest account and settled post departure on the credit card details provided in your credit card authorisation form.
House rules
At time of booking each guest will be sent a document to review, sign and return to our guest services team.
This document outlines Rolling Seas’ terms and conditions of use. By signing, each guest agrees to respectfully abide by our house rules and we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Stay longer
For guests wishing to stay 14 or more nights at Rolling Seas, we encourage you to chat to our guest services team to explore a bespoke quote that will allow you to immerse yourself in Bilinga and live like a local.
