Sleeping a total of eight guests, the Residence is one of two spacious guest houses at Rolling Seas. Situated front row to expansive Bilinga Beach, we invite you to begin your journey on the ground floor - a realm of family entertainment where relaxation and recreation merge seamlessly. Ascend to the middle floor, where the pool deck beckons, offering panoramic ocean views, sun-soaked tranquility, and the embodiment of coastal elegance.

Sleeping a total of four guests, The Cottage is our freestanding villa situated at the entrance of the Rolling Seas Estate. A delight for the eyes as our front gates open, this spacious two-bedroom, double-storey villa is quaint and comfy.
An open plan living space with a spiral staircase leading you to tranquil sleep, The Cottage is our digital-free haven. A sanctuary to disconnect and reconnect with your loved ones. No distractions and pure escapism.
